Looking for support outside of therapy?

Felt Not Fixed.

Felt Not Fixed.

For people who want depth, clarity, and connection—but who may not need or be seeking psychotherapy.

Coaching is non-clinical, meaning it’s not medical care or mental health treatment. It’s designed for folks who are out of state, want to work on values or purpose outside a diagnostic frame, or are craving spaces for reflection, community, and growth that aren’t bound by the structure of therapy.

Whether you're navigating burnout, wanting to build community, reimagining how you relate to work and care, or seeking a space to be witnessed and challenged outside of a therapist-client relationship—this may be for you.

Offerings

  • 💬 1:1 Coaching

For folks craving space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters. Coaching is collaborative and liberatory at its core—offering support for navigating burnout, big transitions, or the ache of wanting to live more fully in alignment with your values.

Please note, these offerings are not therapy and will not include diagnostic assessment.

  • 🛠️ Workshops & Classes

Experiential spaces for people who want to practice—not just talk about—living with more intention, honesty, and courage. Topics often include boundaries, authenticity, conflict, community care, and resisting perfectionism. Designed for both individuals and orgs.

This is where learning meets unlearning.

  • 🌿 Support & Affinity Groups

We heal better together. These facilitated groups offer community care outside the individual therapy model—for people navigating socio-political stress, relationship dynamic concerns, burnout, disillusionment, and values-based living in a chaotic world.

    Come as you are.

  • 🎙️ Speaking, Training & Facilitation

I collaborate with collectives, organizations, and schools to offer talks, workshops, and trainings on topics like emotional integrity, liberatory values in practice, trauma-informed group dynamics, and values-based leadership.

For spaces that want to walk their talk.
